You will be able to get the refund to your Foodhub Wallet if you have Saved Card information in your account and if the order is cancelled by the takeaway.

Once the order is cancelled, an email is sent with the option for you to Choose between Card or Foodhub Wallet.

These could be the reasons why the funds were not credited to your wallet -

- The order was not cancelled by the takeaway

- You don't have Saved Card information in your account

- The takeaway has made a direct refund back to your card

- If you do not choose the wallet option within 24 hours from the time the order cancellation email was sent then the refund goes back automatically to your card.
