Process the Order

 Order Received (Current Tab)

When a consumer places an order through an online platform, the order displays on the current tab. A push notification displays on the screen for new orders. Tap on the respective order to Accept and view the order details.

1. Order Type - Delivery.
2. Consumer details - Consumer contact details.
3. Directions - Maps from takeaway to consumer address.
4. Order details - Total details of the order.

Note: Fusion accepts orders automatically by tap/click on respective order("Current" Tab).

  Process the Order 

Upon accepting the order, the progress/ cooking process of the order starts. Click on the Send option to assign the order to the driver for delivery.
  1. Send - Assign the order to a driver

  2. Print - Print the order receipt.

  3. Hide - Hide the order.

Options - User can cancel the order/ send SMS/ Pay by QR.

Note: On assigning an order to a driver, the order will automatically move to the "Sent" tab.





















 Reassign Order to Driver (Sent Tab)

When the order is already assigned to the driver for delivery and if the driver is not available/busy, then the user can reassign the order to another driver from the "Sent" tab. Click on reassign to select a new driver.

Note: Takeaway owners can track the drivers on Driver Screen (KDS).


Order Delivered (Hidden tab)

When the order is delivered to the consumer, the driver updates the status of the order to complete in the Drive2Success App and the same order will reflect as completed in Fusion. The order automatically moves to the "Hidden" tab.
