1. How to manage/process the Delivery Order
Takeaway owners can manage the delivery orders through Fusion. The process of the delivery order follows as mentioned below.
1.1.1 Order process status
Takeaway owners can view the status of the order process associated with the different tabs on the Fusion:
1. Current - Order received (Accept/Reject) and
Assign the order to the driver.
2. Sent - Reassign the order to the driver (Delivery).
3. Hidden - Order completed (Delivered).
Note: Fusion accepts orders automatically by tap/click on the respective order("Current" Tab).
