How to manage/process the Collection Order
When a consumer orders food items through an online platform and selects the order type as Collection order, Consumers can pick up the orders from the takeaways.
User can Accept the order on the Fusion to start the progress/ cooking process of the order. Once the preparation of the order completes, the user updates the status of the order to Ready on the Fusion, so the consumers will receive a push notification to pick up the order from the takeaway.
Note: The Fusion accepts orders automatically by tap/clicking on the respective order (Current Tab) .
User can accept payments for the collection orders, user to click on Pay, then enter the amount and select the mode of payment (Cash/Card) to complete the payment. On payment is completed the order automatically moves to the Hidden tab.
If it is a paid order and the consumer picked the order, then the user clicks on Collect to complete the status of the order. Note: On changing the status of the order to Collect, the order automatically moves to the Hidden tab.
