To add a coupon on the My Takeaway app, please follow the below steps
1. Dashboard
2. Promotions
3. Coupons
4. Click on the + symbol to create a new coupon.
5. You will then get the option to enter the coupon code of your choice under the Coupon Code Option.
6. Select the Discount Type as Percent or Amount as per how you are setting the discount.
7. Enter the percentage or amount of the discount you want to offer.
8. Enter the Minimum Order Value.
9. Click on the Advanced Option and select the option based on how you would like to offer the coupon.
Basic - The customer is able to use the same code multiple times.
1 time -Each customer will be able to use the coupon only once.
1 per customer - You can create a unique coupon to offer for those customers who approach you with an order complaint.
10. Select the Expiry Date for the coupon and select the Days you would like to offer the coupon.
11. Select on which Platform the coupon is applicable.
12. Description - Under this option, you can put in details regarding the coupon, for future refernce.
